Oakley is now 16 months old (how, I still don’t know)! I know bath time can be stressful, especially for new parents and during the newborn phase! I wanted to quickly run through what we use during and after bath to make the experience fun but most importantly- safe!
We have used pretty much the same items for bath time, regardless of if she was a newborn or toddler. The only difference for us is that we used to have the bath on the sink when she was a newborn and now I simply have the bath inside the bigger bath tub. This keeps her much safer and prevents me from wasting any water! The bath I have linked below is a 3-in-1 and can be used for newborn, infant, and toddler stages!
I also want to take a moment to discuss the importance of CPR and drowning prevention. It can take less than a few seconds for a child to drown. I have linked a course below to educate parents on newborn and toddler CPR as well as provide a drowning prevention checklist. It takes less an hour to complete and could save your baby’s life. Please take this extremely serious!
